We never share your photos publicly or use them for marketing. You can delete your photos at any time, and they will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll retain access to all paid features until then. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Q:What age groups are the stories suitable for?
Our stories are designed for children ages 2-12, but can be enjoyed by the whole family! We offer different story lengths and complexity levels. Younger children (2-5) love the colorful illustrations and simple narratives, while older kids (6-12) enjoy more complex adventures and longer stories.

Story generation typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on story length and complexity. AI illustration generation is the most time-intensive part. You'll receive a notification when your story is ready, and you can continue browsing the site while it generates.
Q:What languages are supported?
Currently, we support English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese. Both story text and narration are available in these languages. We're constantly adding more languages based on user demand.
Q:Can I use the same photo for multiple stories?
Yes! Once you upload a character photo, you can use it in unlimited stories. Create different adventures featuring the same characters, or mix and match family members in various story combinations.
Q:What happens to my photos if I delete my account?
When you delete your account, all your photos and stories are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. We provide a grace period where you can download your stories before deletion. After 30 days, all data is irreversibly removed.
Q:Do unused monthly stories roll over?
Monthly story allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, purchased story credits never expire and can be used anytime, even after canceling your subscription.
Q:Can I share stories with family and friends?
Yes! Each story has a unique shareable link that you can send to family and friends. Recipients can view the story online without needing an account. You control who has access and can disable sharing at any time.
